may pagyakap sa madidilim at maliwanag na sulok nito..
Ito ay paghahawan ng landas
para lumaya
mula sa mga kulungan
sa loob at labas ng sarili
walang paghuhusga
unti-unti
tanggap ang sarili
nang buong-buo.
Kailangang pagdaanan ito
kung gusto ng pagbabago
o pagbabagong-anyo
o pagbabagong-buhay,
o paghilom...
at habang tayo'y nabubuhay,
hindi siya natatapos.

nailalabas ang nasa loob

Retreat Facilitators
Rosalie Len Guerrero
Len is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of prior experience as a corporate human resources professional from a multinational organization and various local companies.
For several years now, she has been providing psychosocial support services, which include arts-based activities, to individuals, groups, and small communities in formal and informal settings.
She has done research on developing mental health protocol within school systems and on the mental health benefits of visual art making. She is into journaling and visual art making as spiritual practice.
Yeyette San Luis
Yeyette is one of the sound healing pioneers in the Philippines and founder of Oyayi Sound Healing. She’s a sound healing practitioner since 2010 and became full time in 2016. She is an ardent singer-songwriter and she advocates music for healing and spirituality to help people connect with their own creative gifts.
In 2019, she participated in the Voice Movement Therapy (VMT) training in Massachusetts, USA, earning her Experiential Program Certificate of Completion in November 2021. Currently, she is a Provisional Practitioner of Voice Movement Therapy, working on completing her case studies and thesis, aiming to be the first qualified VMT practitioner in Asia. https://linktr.ee/oyayisoundhealing
Candice Reyes Talampas
See-An is the founder of LINAW and has been actively serving groups, families, and persons deprived of liberty (PDLs). Her person-centered approach allows individuals the freedom to express themselves fully through intuitive art.
Engaging in reflective coaching conversations, her coaching focuses on empowering participants to make desired changes in their lives. This process includes clearing the mind to connect with the heart and inner wisdom, finding balance and release through artistic expression, and toning down the inner critic to foster self-trust and inner healing.
She is a Certified Transformational Coach, Therapeutic Art Life Coach, and Trauma-Informed Counselor. With a background in media, academe, and corporate communications, she brings a diverse range of experiences to her coaching practice.
