Hi, I'm Candice. You can call me See-An.
Over the past 18 years, I stepped into various doors in my life: documenting daily news, capturing calamities and weddings, teaching photography, conducting workshops, managing content for a company magazine, and started an online mom community during my first years of motherhood.
Throughout these transitions, I encountered countless rejections, experienced trauma of covering difficult stories, faced workplace bullying, and battled physical and mental fatigue that greatly affected my well-being. All those times I couldn't shake off this nagging inner voice that kept asking, "Why are you still here?"
I realized I've been ignoring my inner voice far too long. I was betraying myself by living on autopilot and hating myself in the process. During my last years at my corporate job, my mental health reached a breaking point.

I sought EMDR trauma therapy, rekindled my love for writing, and started to make new and genuine connections, which eventually led me to coaching. When I finally mustered the courage to quit my job, home became my new training ground during the pandemic.
With my two children as my best teachers, I witnessed how it is to be a child again... to create freely without self-judgment, to live with full presence, and just to relish the pure joy of being.
I started to learn what I needed to deeply know and heal within me. And that inspired me to create my own door of possibilities. I planned to be a parent coach, but my approach took a new direction when I discovered the healing potential of intuitive art.
Being able to creatively unlock hidden parts of myself has been guiding me to live more intentionally and to grow closer to our Creator everyday.
Now I merge art and coaching to nurture self-understanding towards creative healing and transformation.
And today, I can truly say why I am still here.
Background and Training
Current
I am committed to my personal development and continue to learn as much as I can, both as a coach and a multi-creative.
Currently, I'm practicing intuitive art and studying its connection with mental health and overall well-being. I am also training in Zen meditation with Sr. Sonia Punzalan Roshi, to further enhance my mindfulness practice.
